Why passed-in homes?

When a home passes in, bidding didn't reach the vendor's reserve. Most convert to private sale in the following days — a window where vendors are far more open to negotiated offers. That window is what Passd is built to catch.

Where the data comes from

• Auction results — REIV's public suburb-by-suburb results (Melbourne/VIC) and Domain's public weekend auction results (Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra). Passd accumulates up to ~12 weeks as it refreshes.
• Price guides & listing links — matched from the live listing (soho.com.au) where a guide is published. Roughly a quarter of passed-in homes publish one; the rest are “contact agent” and always stay visible in price filters, since an unknown guide could be in budget.
• Map — OpenStreetMap.

Data refreshes automatically every Sunday night after the weekend's auctions — the footer shows the last update. Saves live only in this browser; use Copy link on a home to share it.
