Terms of Use
Effective 2 July 2026 · applies to the Passd website and the Passd iOS & Android apps
What Passd is
Passd maps residential properties reported as passed in at auction across Australia's auction cities — Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra — with indicative agent price guides and direct links to live listings where available. It is an information tool for your own research.
Subscriptions (apps)
- The Passd apps require an auto-renewing subscription after a 7-day free trial (monthly or annual, price shown in the app before you subscribe).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
- Manage or cancel any time in your device's subscription settings (App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- For iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
No advice; data accuracy
- Passd provides general information only — it is not financial, investment, legal, or real-estate advice, and does not consider your circumstances.
- Auction results come from public REIV reporting; price guides are the agent's indicative figures from live listings and change without notice. Some results may be missing, late, or wrong. Always verify with the agent before acting.
- We may add, change, or remove data and features at any time.
Acceptable use
Personal, non-commercial use only. Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the dataset, and don't use Passd for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), Passd is provided “as is” and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information shown, including decisions to bid, offer, or purchase.
